Wholesale shops in garments, footwear, stationery, hardware, FMCG, accessories and cosmetics all run the same loop. Goods come in on a vendor bill, sit in stock, go out on an invoice, and the money is followed up party by party. TradeDesk keeps that whole loop in one place, so stock, bills and ledgers always agree.

Your shop name, GSTIN, state, bank details and invoice prefixes live in Settings, and your product catalogue can be brought in from a CSV file. Reports like the Sales and Purchase Register, GST, Stock, Profit and Day Book are ready when your accountant asks, with an Excel export.

Draft invoices

Save a draft without a number or a stock change. The invoice number is given and stock moves only when you Post it, and drafts stay out of your reports.

Purchases

Record vendor bills, search by vendor name, and see which bills are paid, part-paid or unpaid.

Payments and ledgers

Record party payments and allocate them to bills. Every customer and vendor has a clear ledger, with receivables and payables in one view.

Returns

Sales and purchase returns put stock back correctly, even when the goods were sold by the dozen or box.

Which businesses is TradeDesk for?

GST wholesale and dealer shops that buy, stock and sell goods: garments, footwear, stationery, hardware, FMCG, accessories and cosmetics. It is not built for manufacturing, services, or regulated trades like pharma, jewellery or food.

Can I sell in dozens and boxes?

Yes. Choose Piece, Dozen (12 pieces) or Box (10 pieces) on each line, with a rate per unit. Stock is always kept in pieces, and returns put the right number of pieces back.

Does it make GST invoices?

Yes. It applies CGST and SGST for buyers in your state and IGST for other states, and can also make non-GST bills. You get a PDF, plus e-invoice and e-way bill JSON.

Can I save an invoice and finish it later?

Yes. Save it as a draft. It gets a number and moves stock only when you post it, and drafts are left out of reports.

Can several staff use it?

Yes. The main admin adds users. Only the main admin can manage users and download backups.
