Getting started
How a demo works, how long setup takes, and what you need before you begin.
Can I see the software before I buy?
Yes. The demo is free and there is no pressure to buy. Message us on WhatsApp. We show you the software with your own examples: your items, your patients or your courts. It takes about 30 minutes.
How long does setup take?
Most customers start using the software within 30 to 60 minutes. We guide you step by step on WhatsApp or phone. You do not need an IT person. Bigger setups with many branches take a little longer.
What happens after I pay?
We set up your account, bring in your existing data, connect your printer or scanner if you have one, and train your staff. Then you start using it with our support on WhatsApp.
Do I need a special computer or machine?
No. Cyberzio software runs in the browser on any device with internet: a PC, laptop, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install. If you already have a barcode scanner or printer, it will usually work.
Can you move my data from Excel or my old software?
Yes. We help you bring data from Excel, Tally or your old system. This is included when you buy. Our team does the work so nothing is lost.
Who is Cyberzio for?
Small businesses in India: pawn shops, retail shops, clinics, sports venues and service businesses. If your staff can use WhatsApp, they can use our software.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. For Pawn Shop ERP, Simple POS, TradeDesk, Clinic OPD and AI Voice Agent you buy the software once. There is no monthly contract. A yearly support plan (AMC) is optional. TOKENN and TurfAccess are pay-per-use with no monthly fee.

Which product is right for me?
Retail shop: Simple POS. Wholesale or dealer shop: TradeDesk. Pawn or gold-loan shop: Pawn Shop ERP. Clinic: Clinic OPD for records and appointments, or TOKENN if your main problem is the waiting-room queue. Sports turf or court: TurfAccess. Too many phone calls in any business: AI Voice Agent. What is Pawn Shop ERP?
Software for pawn shops and jewellery loan counters. It keeps your stock, loans, pledges and customer records in one place, with barcode scanning and one-click reports.
What is Simple POS?
Fast billing software for retail shops, cafes and small restaurants. It makes bills in seconds, updates stock on every sale, takes UPI and card payments, and gives you daily reports.
What is Clinic OPD?
Software for clinics and small hospitals. It handles appointments, patient records, prescriptions and follow-ups, with online booking and SMS or WhatsApp reminders so fewer patients miss their visit.
What is AI Voice Agent?
A phone assistant that answers your business calls day and night on your existing number. It can book appointments, take messages and call back missed numbers.
What is TOKENN?
TOKENN is WhatsApp queue and appointment booking for clinics, by Cyberzio Innovations. Patients scan a QR code or send a WhatsApp message to get a token with a wait time. No app is needed, and any Android TV can show the queue.
What is TradeDesk?
TradeDesk is billing and stock software for GST wholesale and dealer shops: garments, footwear, stationery, hardware, FMCG and more. It covers purchases, stock, invoices by piece, dozen or box, payments and party ledgers, with GST and Day Book reports.
What is TurfAccess?
TurfAccess is the online booking desk for turfs and sports venues, by Cyberzio Innovations. Players book from a link or on WhatsApp and pay you directly by UPI. There is no commission.
TOKENN or Clinic OPD: which one does my clinic need?
TOKENN manages the queue: tokens, wait times and bookings on WhatsApp, at ₹1 per token. Clinic OPD is the full clinic software: patient records, prescriptions, reminders and billing. Many clinics use both together.
Can I use more than one product together?
Yes. For example, Clinic OPD with AI Voice Agent so callers can book by phone, TOKENN with Clinic OPD for the queue and the records, or Pawn Shop ERP with AI Voice Agent for loan reminders.
Do you support barcode scanners?
Yes. Pawn Shop ERP and Simple POS work with normal USB barcode scanners. You can also scan with a phone camera on supported devices.
Pricing & payment
What it costs, what is included, and how you pay.
How much does it cost?
Pawn Shop ERP, Simple POS, TradeDesk, Clinic OPD and AI Voice Agent are priced per business, based on users, branches and what needs to be connected. We share a clear quote after a short chat. TOKENN costs ₹1 per patient token. TurfAccess sells booking credits, starting at ₹599 for 50 bookings.
Is there a monthly fee?
No monthly fee on any product. The five Cyberzio business products are a one-time purchase. TOKENN and TurfAccess are pay-per-use, and the credits you buy do not expire.
What is included in the price?
The software licence with free updates, help moving your data, setup, staff training, and support after purchase to get you running. Each product page has a 'What's included' box.
What is AMC?
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract. It is optional. It gives you software updates, bug fixes and faster support for one year. You can buy the software without AMC and add it later.
How do I pay?
By UPI, bank transfer or card. We send a GST invoice for every payment.
Is there a free trial?
We give a free demo with your own examples instead of a trial, so you see the software the way you will use it. TOKENN has a low-cost starter pack of 150 tokens for ₹149 if you want to try it in your clinic.

How do I get help?
On WhatsApp. Every purchase includes 30 days of free support. AMC customers get priority support.
Do you train my staff?
Yes. Training is free and included. We do it on a video call, by sharing screens, or in person where possible. Most staff learn the basics in one short session.
Is there a manual or videos?
Yes. We have written guides and short videos that you can use any time.
Can you visit my shop for training?
In many cities, yes. Tell us your location and we will check.
Can you add a feature just for my business?
For larger setups we can discuss custom work. Tell us what you need and we will say clearly what is possible.
Data & safety
Where your data lives, who can see it, and how to take it out.
Is my business data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted when it is sent and when it is stored. We take regular backups. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the staff you add to your account. Our team looks at your data only when you ask us for support.
What if I delete something by mistake?
We keep automatic backups. Contact support as soon as you can and we will help restore it where possible.
Can I take my data out?
Yes, any time. You can export your data to Excel or CSV. Your data belongs to you, and there is no lock-in.
Does it work without internet?
The software needs internet to sync and update. If your area has weak internet, tell us and we will suggest options.
Problems & fixes
Quick fixes for the most common issues, and how to reach us if they do not work.
I forgot my password.
Click 'Forgot password' on the login page. You will get a reset link by email. If the email does not come, check your spam folder or message support.
The software is slow or not opening.
First check your internet. Then refresh the page or try another browser (Chrome works best). If it is still slow, send support your device and browser name.
Can I use it on my phone or tablet?
Yes. All Cyberzio products work on phones and tablets in the browser. You do not need to download an app for daily use.
My barcode scanner or printer is not working.
Check that it is plugged in and your computer can see it. We support common USB scanners and printers. If it still fails, send us the model name and we will guide you.
I keep getting logged out.
Clear your browser cookies and cache, then log in again. Use Chrome if you can. If it continues, contact support and we will check your account.
I have an error I do not understand.
Send us a WhatsApp message with a screenshot of the error. We will help you fix it or pass it to our technical team.
